Cart notes
Cart fabricator
Overall shell: 108.0 × 34.0 × 39.1 in (L × D × H, including casters). Wall, shelf, counter, and brace material thicknesses are TBD — targeting stainless; may revert to wood/ply if budget does not allow. Diagram thicknesses are for layout only, not a firm spec.
- Three internal bays divided by one full-height partition and a shelf brace.
- Open back so the barista can reach equipment; customer-facing front is solid.
- Front face is a clean surface.
- Set up for six locking casters under the floor slab (positions in the diagram).
- Perforated floor under fridge bay preferred for best ventilation.
- Counter-top must accept top-mount cutouts for POS, grinder, knock box, pitcher rinser.
Refrigeration
Front-breathing undercounter refrigerator facing rear for open ventilation. Spec'd as Atosa MGF24RGR (R290, 115 V / 2.3 A). With casters it is 32-1/2 in tall; removing the 2 in factory casters yields ~30-1/2 in height and about 1-1/2 in clearance under a 32 in counter. Width 23-13/16 in against the CAD middle-bay clear span of 27.3 in (plan view)—re-check net side margin after final shop layout.

- Front-breathing only. No rear or top condensers.
- NSF / sanitation-listed for commercial food storage.
Plumbing & water
Self-contained water system: two 5 gal corny kegs for potable, one 15 gal Barker wheeled wastewater tote, Shurflo 2088 boost pump feeding the espresso machine and pitcher rinser.
- Potable: 10 gal total in two 5 gal corny kegs — shown in CAD in the Bay 1 (right compartment) region.
- Waste: 15 gal (1.5× potable per code); wheeled tote under the wastewater shelf toward the opposite end (CAD Bay 3).
- Pump: Shurflo 2088 series, 115 V, mounted near potable kegs.
- Vendor recommendations welcome on quick-disconnects and food-grade tubing.
- No 3-compartment sink on this cart — that's a separate sink cart.
Electrical
50 A shore-power inlet to an on-cart sub-panel with two circuits:
- Circuit 1 (220 V / 32 A): dedicated to the SanRemo Cafe Racer espresso machine.
- Circuit 2 (115 V): grinder (12.7 A), refrigerator, pitcher rinser, pump, POS, power strip.
Work: shore inlet + retracting cable, sub-panel install, wire-up from inlet to sub-panel and from sub-panel to each device's connection point. Conduit runs along the back of the cart, under the countertop.
